As you quoted "There are many 130 SF same category Trains running in this conditions like Mahabodhi , Purushottam , Poorva etc.", I request you to please elaborate "etc" here. AFAIK, there are only 4 DAILY running SF with 130KMPH. And talking about specialty of this train, I think who must be well aware of this rule that Higher speed certified trains are given preference over the trains with less speed certified. And again I would say, there is not much fog in the region today, atleast in the peak noon time, (look at 12305's running in CNB-NDS section today, running above 80-90 KMPH).
Again you are comparing differently. 12305 is a RAJDHANI class train which is bound to be given BEST of the priority.
And Sampoornkranti is a Normal SF category train which have similar Priority as of other 130 MPS SF category trains (Purushottam Mahabodhi Poorva). Kindly check the Arrival Departure Status of all these Trains. All are suferring.
Kindly don't stay in the misconception that SK is a SPECIAL category.

SK departs 10 minutes after RJPB Rajdhani. So its kind of Blind is Running By holding the Tail.
RJPB gets the best priority and alongwith it SK also gets the same due to similar halts as of RJPB Raj.

I never mentioned that this is special category train! My only concern is that it must get priority equivalent to other those 3 130KMPH trains, and actually it should, by IR's rules of precedence!
And its getting the same Priority as other 130 mps SF are getting.
Kindly check what is the Punctuality status of all these trains i.e Purushottam , Poorva , Mahabodhi.
PS: Just now saw Saturday Departed NDLS PURI Purushottam which should cross BLS at 0100 am , is crossing BLS at 1800hrs, means running late by nearly 18hrs. And also the Sunday Departure Purushottam is running delayed by 13.5 hrs.
