With same CC of 12397 and 12389, It can be inferred that this train has RSA with 12397/98. Also, it can be seen that 12397 always departed ontime till 3rd December despite its incoming rake was late by 12+ hours. 12389 was rescheduled on Sunday, and on Sunday (4th Dec), 12397 departed GAYA 18 hours late, just becoz there was no extra rake that day!
