anna~ 39 Conf TLs 4 Void TLsWith same CC of 12397 and 12389, It can be inferred that this train has RSA with 12389/90. Also, it can be seen that 12397 always departed ontime till 3rd December despite its incoming rake was late by 12+ hours. 12389 was rescheduled on Sunday, and on Sunday (4th Dec), 12397 departed GAYA 18 hours late, just becoz there was no extra rake that day! With rd rake (12389) sent to Chennai, yesterday also it couldn't depart ontime, and hence cancelled yesterday!
