Neelachal shares rakes with Nandankanan... so if Neelachal gets LHB then they will b used for Nandankanan ultimately.. earlier Nandankanan used to be Neelachal express only (via- Adra) and it did not pass through BSB,LKO... Later it was renamed as Nandankanan but still they have RSA...
Neelanchal and nanadan kanan should have to diverted via MB-BE
