As per our Giri sirs advice he contacted very very generous and helpful Arun Thomas over cell phone .
In the meantime Ragavan Engineer ,asked his association friendly engineer at Villuppuram to purchase tablets as per Sivakasi Dr.Sivakumar s prescription.

Some missing tablets are arranged by Ragavan Engineers association friend in Viruthachalam.
As per our SR.DCm timely instruction,Railway Doctor attended and examined the patient at Viruthachalam.Railway Dr endorced the same tablets of Sivakasi Dr.Sivakumar.After our Railway Dr examination Patient is free from all mental and physical disbursement.
We once again thanks our SR.DCm ,Trichy.
My suggestion to our Trichy division / SR / IR that first aid boxes have to be kept with our TTE s custody along with major First Aid box with Guard.
Now patient is very much cheerful and thanks all especially our Giri sir , Arun Pandian Genuine and genious Arun Thomas and our friendly Porchelian .
I once again thanked our Itarsi Division and Railway doctor who attend me in Sangamitra express on 29.7.2016 at Itarsi Jn for very severe lungs trouble.
