If pax 2 is RAC then how is 1 no seat allotted. Ideally RAC pax are allotted with side lower berth but 1 no is lower.

There will be 6 passengers in between berths 1 and 4. 2 Confirmed passengers who will take upper berths when they want to sleep and 4 RAC passengers who will share lower berths. Hope this answers you question.
