Should admin ban people who talk bad and abusive things about a particular zone / train / station and thereby maintain a good environment on IRI?

Sabhibko tarif ke sath alochana karne ka bhi haq hona chahiye. Jaruri nhi ki koi kisi zone ya station ki aalochana kar de to use ban hi kiya jaye.
comments~that is the good things but if anybody comments with bad manner/intensely then he should b banned.
Bhai gali to hum real life me nhi dete fir iri par kaha se denge.
Pointing out negative or bad attributes of any particular entity is a constructive thing, but abusing must not be permitted.
There should be provision of warnings a member involved in abusive postings with opportunity to give clarifications
Repeated offenders who ignore warnings and could not give any valid justifications for their abusive postings may be banned in extreme cases.
