I just imagine, there are only 3 daily dedicated trains from Hyderabad to Chennai. If all of them are cancelled, how will the person go if its an emergency? Atleast they must have short terminated! (SCR trains could have done this, till Gudur and Renigunta!)
The problem is not just with the Chennai but also along the coast of Prakasam and Nellore districts which is the reason why instead of short terminating , they might have cancelled it altogether....
What about Chengalpattu Express? It doesnt go to shore right?
