IR has been allocating WAP-7s only to those sheds that had been holding WAG-9 previously. It looks like either of LDH / TATA / CNB may be next in the list to get a WAP-7. ET and MGS may miss out becuase they dont hold WAG-9 now. jUST an analysis of the trends

yes thats why i feel IR might give WAP- 7 first to sheds already having 3 phasers. this is the reason why VSKP and bhilai got one
