Taking into consideration the overcrowding in general coaches of Konkan Kanya & Rajya Rani, introducing a fully unreserved overnight train to Konkan from Mumbai, will run on all days except Thursday as LTT-KRMI A.C.S.F. runs on this day on the same slot.

Green. The train is good. Sufficient halts. It will surely reduce the extreme overcrowding of Konkan kanya express and rajyarani express. However, I fear that restricting it upto SWV will not earn good response. You may extend it upto MAQ as Matsyagandha Express and Netravati express are also extremely overcrowded.
Already there is too much demand on Mumbai-Sawantwadi Route, also with more halts demand would be more, Extending this train to Mangalore would lead to more rush and the very purpose of reducing the crowd wont be served..
No doubt Mangalore deserves a train but it should be altogether a different train departing Mumbai at around 18:00 to reach Mangalore at 10:00.
Few halts can be given in MH n GA as it will reach at odd times during night and more halts in Karnataka.
