I have a question, weather I will be able to board Kalingautkal Exp. on Aug 12, 2011 from Kharagpur Jn. as currently the train is running through the diverted route. Is there any chance that it will start to run to its schedule on or before 11 Aug.

How much will be refunded if I choose to cancel the ticket. Can I get 100% refunded as the train is diverted and in no way I could board the train.
