I have booked a 3AC ticket in Malwa Exp for 26th Feb , its W/L1 even after 8 days of booking.
will that get cleared after chart preparation. its an e-ticket so there is a risk of getting cancelled.

Thanks.. it is done after chart prepartion at INDB ... so it means INDB-JAT unfilled quota can be alloted to ndls-jat section.
It is not INDB-JAT unfilled quota getting alloted to you. It is bcoz there is booking of a seat from INDB-NDLS, may be under PQ / RL and hence a seat becomes vacant at NDLS for JAT passengers' Wait List.
