The word experimental should be permanently removed. These stops are never removed in any case
No there are many halts which are not made permanent.
This is not always that Halts are politically influenced.
Example : 12311/2 Kalka Howrah Kalka Mail had stoppage at Narela which is removed now.

This is a good rare exception. I hope that they do it for many other trains.
