I want to book ACIII tier seats in trivandrum rajdhani express on 17 aug from madgaon to delhi.Current status WL21.Karwar, about 50 km, before madgaon Current status is rac21.I tried to book from karwar to delhi and made boarding point as madgaon.Than also the current status is WL21 ,which means the status from boarding point applys.Is there any procedure of getting the karwar status (rac21) and also having boarding point as madgaon?

another thing, Madgaon is the next station after karwar.Do you have any idea of the exact no show rules?Does TTE have to wait for 1 or 2 stations or no stations at all before allocating seats to someone else ?If he has to wait for 1 station than there may be no need to change the boarding point?
