MY PNR status is REX1 71. Chart is prepared. MINE IS E TICKET, can I board the train with this ticket?

Yes-its RAC in EX1 seat No. 71-you have been allotted side lower berth in Extra sleeper seat no. 71 which you will be sharing with a co-passenger as ticket is in RAC-if some passenger doesnt turn up you will get the berth allotted by TTE
