i want to book tickets of 1st ac in chennai rajdhani from nizamudin to chennai for 26 august...but it is showing wl/available...what does that mean?..kindly help

It means, it has reached to WAIT LIST subsequently after a couple of tickets cancellations, present status is AVAILABLE.
sir, one more thing i would like to ask is that i want lower birth because i am suffering from kienbock disease...i.e. my right hand wrist does not work properly..my right hand seems normal but neither i can twist it nor i can put any kiond of pressure on it...i cant climb on upper birth but it doesnt come under handicapped...so is there any other way thru which i can show my medical reports to reservation manager and ask for lower birth in chennai rajdhani.?
u can adjustur seats with other passenger in ur campartment hope fully they can understand ur prob n adjust the seats not a big issue
okie tell us another thing...if lower birth is vaccant then can we get to know that we have got lower birth while booking the ticket..we know berths will be alloted 4 hrs before departure but what abt lower birth availability confirmation?
