Do any body know how the mechanism of Trainenquiry works ? I mean how the delay time is updates ?

The reason is very clear: After CNB no one feeds info in system.Naturally this has calculates ANVT arrival as per CNB departure but what happens en-route is known to local operating control only.At last it is ANVT who feeds data in NTIS after arrival of train at ANVT.
The NTIS displays train running as per default calculation in absence of manual data logging hence lots of wrong running info are seen commonly..
