Do any body know how the mechanism of Trainenquiry works ? I mean how the delay time is updates ?

I am resident of Ramgarh Cantt where as Ramgarh Cantt (SER) & Barkakana (ECR) station comes, I usually check the status of the train from Train Enquiry . com but I find the data provided by the site all the time wrong.
So, why the data is all the time incorrect ? Is the Data Logger System is not installed in these railway divisions ?
