No. This is just a special coach for tourists on the Visakhapatnam-Araku route. That route is a hilly route and ECoR is introducing these coaches for promoting tourism. The large windows and viewing areas at the end of the coach are to provide a panoramic view of the hilly countryside for the tourists.
