A new Humsafar train scheduled to run between Chennai Central-Ahmedabad is introduced which passes through Vasai Road, Diva, Panvel(Stop), Karjat and Pune. The Central Railway Authorities are very much fond of Chennai bound travellers. They are not recognizing the Andhra bound travellers. With great difficulty two trains are introduced in the last two years bound for Visakhapatnam and Kakinada Port from LTT (Mumbai). One train can be diverted preferably Train Nos.17221 & 17222 via Panvel for the passengers bound for Navi Mumbai mostly residing in the region between Panvel & Vashi. This issue has been raised long back in this forum by me when the new track between Karjat and Panvel is opened. Recently more trains are introduced by Central Railway passing through Panvel. Why not one train meant for Andhra Pradesh passengers is run via panvel without much difficulty since Lonvala to LTT there is not stop for this train....
