Respected sir,
I am booking a ticket through IRCTC, but unfortunately i did not have any printer at my home, so can i book it without printer or shall i first book it and then go to cyber cafe and then there take printout? Can i do this??

Yes you can take print out in cyber cafe if you do not have printer
here per ticket means per pnr
50 Rs for a pnr irrespective to the number of passengers.

TAKE copy in pendrive and just take printout in cyber cafe or any photocopy center with less than rs 5/- why to pay 50 as charges??it is just 2 mts job
if you do not hv pendrive then cyber cafe only but at home you save in word doc and sent e mail to your own name and take print out instead of opening irtc there which is time taking
