I have booked the ticket from MAQ to LTT during August, which will have Monsoon timings. It reaches LTT at 6:35 AM. Is it safe to book onward flight at 11:15AM keeping in mind about its punctuality and Monsoon timings? Please Suggest
Yes, even if it gets delayed, u better deboard at panvel and get local, sometimes this train gets held at diva jn
I would avoid any risky connection especially in monsoon via BOM except when there is no other option. Where are you flying to?
1.Best option is 12977 Marusagar Exp direct to Jaipur.
2. Most Delhi bound train halt at SWM, and take connecting train to JP which is just 130 Kms.
3. Alternatively if money is no problem then book Jet Airways flight 9W434 + 9W2053 via BOM booked on a single PNR so that airline can accommodate you to some other flight if there is cancellation or delays.
