Can anyone tell why ths train is leaving RJPB always in the morning (late by 10+ hours) despite of getting 8 hours of TAT with its pairing train. It had been some 7th or 8th run. Is railways in mood to change its timings?
For LHB rakes they give more TAT , moreover it's pairing train has travelled a long distance and DNR division never takes risks in giving ample rest to rakes.
I have seen in many replies in Twitter handle of DRMDNR saying unavailability of pit line at RJPB yard, so that also might be one reason

Then why all of a sudden? before these 6 weeks, why didnt the same issue happened for 6-8 months?
Maybe pit line unavailability due to some engineering works going on
