Brother My mat Grandfather was colonel of bat 144 and grandfather major.... so every army base hv head quarters in jalandhar... brother head quarters of
BSF, CRPF, ITBP, PMF, TEEVRA TEES & many more and India's second biggest army airbase is in Jalandhar ... it is regarded as most imp cantonment of N India ...moreover Vijayantu tanks are kept here and Military movement over Jalandhar is more than that in Ambala ....agree acc to Railway UMB is imp than JRC but among both JUC is more important. However be happy Green from me .. its okay atleast my regional city LDH is given halt...

Comparison should be on same basis......I think no comparison need between umb and jrc...or any other stations........
