yes literally while boarding at mantralayam road we found it very difficult as these people will be blocking the way in and also finding our berth & settling in our seats also will be a tough job. Hope rpf are deployed as tte was helpless to control, even wait listed passengers who aren't eligible to board train argue with tte for seats. there was also chain pulling incident near kupgal station where stop is eliminated now, many got down and ran away as it was pitch dark, no police to catch also.
