With the new non-discharge toilets installed the toilets are a major hazard. On my journey (Sleeper class - June 2017) one toilet was completely full and waste had come up to the metal brim. The smell of ammonia was overpowering. All this happened by the night of the first day before Mughalsarai (2200 hrs). By 0600 the next morning the train was 3 hours late and another toilet was overflowing. This is atrocious and a big problem when planning a journey with families or old people.
