There are two different station adjacent to each other,
JNNA - Jaminiatanr halt
JNN - Jamuniatand.
And this SB fall exactly in middle, so I am not sure this one depicts which.

What is North Road T out that can be seen on the PSR board of 15kmph?
Two turnouts are present there, which can't be crossed at a higher speed. I am not sure what the term North Road depicts here, might be a landmark used for the direction of the turnout.
