I must tell you one thing that IRI is a private website. It does not has any affiliation with government nor do we[ its members] have that. So if you really want its halt or any other train's halt at your city you should tweet it to IR or Rail Ministry on twitter. IRI is meant only for discussion if you want to discuss the possibility of halt at Jaunpur you may discuss it on IRI but you can't get a halt from IRI or any other railway privileges for that matter.
