I have read few days back that now confirmed Tatkal Tickets are also refundable.
However IRCTC site still mentions "No Refund" on Tatkal Confirmed Tickets.
Is the New Rule of Refund ( from 01.06.2017) is applicable ? Will I get Refund on Tatkal Confirmed Tickets ?

according to new rules, you will get 50% refund on confirmed tatkal tickets.
Msg you must've read was a hoax, there is no official notification from Railway in this regard.
