JJKR serves to the biggest Iron & Steel industrial area of the country. Kalinganagar where Tata Steel, Jindal, Visa Steel, Mesco Steel etc. are nearer to JJKR. So many peoples from other states are working there.
Having the largest iron and steel plant doesn't gives the eligibility to get halts of humsafar, even express trains like Vivek exp, puri GHY exp also don't halt there, then how a halt of humsafar can be justified???
Have the Railways set any parameters for every category of trains to stop at any stations in-spite of good bookings or handful revenue earnings??
BAM,BHC,JJKR stops are needed and this train should bypass VSKP??What Cheap mentality is this....
The basis of providing halt should always be based on revenue earning only and JJKR has a revenue of just 14 crores although 102 trains halts here so its not at all eligible to get a halt of premier train like humsafar. Many more halts are there who earns much more revenue than JJKR with lesser no of trains
