Dear all,
In November 2014 I filled grievance in pgportal. and got reply from Railway board in December 2014.
the grievance was regarding Dhanbad- Chandrapura line underground fire and alternate loop line construction.
the reply given by Railway board is completely opposite to what they have done on 12th june 2017 .

For that please ensure that when did they exactly realized that there is underground fire, and when they took the decision first time for closing/diverting the trains.
Because in reply it is clearly mentioned that "there is no serious safety concern as on date". So it might be possible that in 2014 there was not much issue, but afterwards they realized the same.
