The window of a train is more entertaining than TV - Kirti Solanki

A passenger holding a reserved ticket from / to Mumbai can travel free in local trains to reach journey starting / destination with out purchase of local train ticket ( with in Mumbai suburban trains). Is it fact? If passenger is holding AC class reservation, can the passenger travel in 1st class in local trains?
