General question.
If a train has 5rakes one of the rake (rake1) is arraived 20hrs late for unknown reason and another rake (rake2) is arraived on time to the station. In this case annoucement will give only one time or two times for two rakes???
What should be 1st rake do???
Note: asume the arraival time at the station is 02:25pm.

the next link run of late (20hrs here) will be rescheduled (if TAT is insufficient).
Rake 2 (on time) will ensure its next run is On time.

Oh kk. Lets wait for others reply. What would they give. Your answer seems correct.
It depends on controlling and maintenance. There is no fixed rule as such that is followed by IR.
