HWH to BBS GNWL has nearly 659 2S seats vacant.
And
BLS to BBS RLWL is 27. If all the HWH quota seats remain vacant during chart preparation, then will these be used to clear the RLWL quotas ?
DOJ is Today. Howrah Chart preparation occurs at 09:30 am whereas BLS chart preparation occurs at 1300hrs.
