Yes. They are capable of 130. Some old Rajdhani coaches maybe.
Actually TTE should not have blamed the coaches , Maintenance should have been blamed.
Not to forget , CBE-BKN, Cocanada express has these Old rajdhani rakes but they are maintained reasonably well when compared to Southern Railways

I am not blaming TTE...i requested him to provide me alternate berth....because of rain water leaking thro window sides.... he told that no alternate berth will be allotted inspite the train was free.....i agree with it....maintenance is very worst in this train...!!
I meant the TTE should not blame the coaches. He should blame SR's maintenance
