My 70th imaginary and my 4th modified train, the famous Island Express, which has been running for more than 2 decades connecting Kanyakumari with the Garden City Bangalore. I have made a few changes to the TT, removing some of the very close halts and speeding it up a little bit. As a result of that the train has a travel time of 18h 45m, when compared to 20h 50m of the current running train. It leaves CAPE at 11.00 am and reached SBC at 5.45 am. The loco link remains the same as the train continues to be hauled by WAP-4 from ED/RPM. The train now gets LHB coaches so that it can cover up delays more faster when compared to the old train.
