What is the major diff btwn LHB and hybrid LHB coach

The difference is in the construction. LHB coaches use FIAT bogies while hybrid LHB coaches use a modified version of the same bogies that are used in normal ICF coaches. A side-effect of this is a reduction in MPS.
But this Shatabdi uses a IRY/IR20 rake if I am not mistaken.
