Such a worst controlling by NR as usual superb run in gc but once it enter NR specially Varanasi despite double electric line unscheduled halted at kashi then in Varanasi double line ahead towards SLN it was halted for 1 hour as per me the worst section in Indian railway is bsb-lko-moradabad-sre too much frustrating totally nightmare.the only Good route is to travel north India from eastern side is mgs ald cnb ndls section that too via ald division train or Raj gang of traveling other than these category train you may miss your target,your plan,schedule etc

This train alway get high priority between Bsb-lko ,, prblm is lko nd bsb outer ,, jo bhi delay cover hia rehta hai wo outer pe waste ho jata hai
I had read in a news on IRI that NR is planning to lay bypass tracks or may be connecting new tracks from Utretia Jn to Alamnagar via Transport Nagar so that burden on LKO is reduced, especially for Amritsar/Jammu/Dehradun bound trains. Let's see what happens next. Any latest development on the BBS-SLN-LKO Route? :)
Even during my journey in 12381 , it was stopped at Kashi for some 10 minutes for crossing with Doon Exp & Brka pass .
By October whole LKO-SLN-BSB route would get doubled also NR is currently having a bypass line from Uthretia to Alamnagar which is single and electrified but now they are planning to get it doubled and the whole freight traffic will be through that line(No passenger train will be through that line)
