Pehli baat chas is not in Bengal.. to how on earth is its name in Bengali?
I have seen such bengali names for BKSC as well... Chas is in Jharkhand and it therefore will have no local name in Bengali..
I would appreciate if some people stopped making their noses long and naming places of Jharkhand in Bengali..

Tatanagar, Chandil are in Jharkhand, yet stations have Bengali as their 3rd Language due to presence of huge number of Bengali passengers. State doesn't define a station, it's the commuters, who are facilitated with for their convenience.
Acc. to Station Board pics update here on IRI, Railway is considering only Hindi & English for CHAS, not Bengali and station names on IRI are updated according to official station boards so questions could be raised but still anyone shouldn't have problem if Bengali is there too with Hindi & English.
Actually station boards aren't the only source for language acceptance. Premises and in-office usage also matters. Due to political barriers, Zone sometimes doesn't update foreign station local language on boards inspite of dominance. At IRI, if an additional language is present, I think that would be a help only for online users who visit for infos.
Ya, that's what I have said, if Bengali with Hindi & English is there anyone shouldn't have issues with that.
Chas station will get Bengali name officially viewing the majority of Bengali speaking people at Chas. Arrangements are already planned.
