Pathetic condition of 1996 made ECR based 3AC coach in 15273 Satyagrah express. Today the train was detained at GKP for more than an hour after getting the starter. Train departed but passengers pulled the chain and stopped it, asking the coach to be fixed. On duty RPF/GRP were called on announcement to handle the public. Each and every window glass was loose and the coach was full of leaking rainwater from inside. The train departed only when the windows were temporarily fixed by sealant. Passengers were also complaining that this coach was complained about the same problem last week but they retained the same coach in the rake.
