by seeing the halt note only I want to know the reason why Loco change do take place @ ED ?
in that case same can apply for TVC mail, GHY-TVC etc..
Some trains are usually used for sending locos back to their home sheds when it's time for their monthly inspection. In this case, as mentioned in the halt note, on occasions when an ED WAP4 has to be sent back to ED shed, it is sent with this train till ED. You can see similar loco changes at Malda town for some trains.
