12828 maintained 110kmph average speed between Kharagpur and Howrah on 9th July, 17! 1hr 15 mins late running Purulia Howrah Superfast Express due to interlocking upgrades, breaks the earlier record of Steel Exp, reaches HWH just 12 mins late. Steel Exp had the highest run chase in the suburban section with an average speed of 107kmph. A new benchmark has been set.
DRM KGP said that both 12828 and 12814 are extremely important intercity trains. Countless numbers of passengers go to their offices in Kolkata and intermediate stations. These trains starts packed from origination thereafter providing round trips of Kolkata. These old glories are having the highest priority in the section.

NTES is generally updated after the train successfully crosses a cabin. It departed KGP 1hr 15 mins late actually but crossed the cabin(nimpura one) before hand. I cannot say about the SRC one. Also the train arrived 12 mins late at HWH not 15 mins late.
NTES should be based on GPS data for more accuracy. None of the NTES info. matches our data.

I feel the data of HWH is not at all near to the correct one. HWH has one entrance cabin which says the 12828 reached there 12 mins late. That means It must have entered platform at 11:37-11:39(adding crawling time). NTES is mistaken here.
Arrived at HWH pf 19 at 11:37 hrs officially confirmed now. NTES shows wrong info.
That's just a phone call through which I got the info from HWH STM. I assume they have some physical or e-document with them of which I have no access to. Neither it is uploaded to intranet. I have totally no access to their data.
