Name changing exercise is always cost involved low benefits exercise. Superficial or trying to hide the worse under the carpet of name change benfits none. Unless one can live just by the name and no effort
It's not like the present govt has done nothing, i was going through series of articles on GST that being itself has brought massive change in Indian taxation and reduced a bit of load on Tax paying public, if they want a few names to be changed from colonial India then I don't see any real issue here, it can be said as sign of progress.
