Yes you will get buses just outside the railway station. You will find shared rickshaws too.
You have plenty of busses are available from Renigunta busstand to Tirupathi busstand fares ordinary rs8/-, metrobus rs12/- , auto rs15/- from Renigunta bustand to Tirupathi Busstand
