IR declared from 1st July no mofe WL tickets.
Can anyone share his/her experience of travel : where they are offered alternative trains for conformed berths in different trains or single trains
and what was status of tickets CNFM or RAC

I have question and you are raising question to it . but yes if it is vikalp as alternate choice
1st line of blog is incorrect. IR never declared such. You can check PNR forum and find many WL tickets
