2nd LHB Rake of Vikramshila (front EOG on) gets flagged off today. loco link JMP WDM-3A 16622R.. the coaches were mostly new with exception of a few 13 made SECR SLs and a couple of 15 made ACs . A very modest flag off with no decorations this time.
