It is very important route and DMRC must think about the operation in night at least with a gap of 30-50 min for the passengers traveling abroad or arriving in the city as well as domestic passengers who want to catch connecting trains from New Delhi Railway Station.
In Metro no blocks are normally taken during during day time due to very high frequency of trains operation. Late night & early morning hours are used to carry out track, signal, electrification etc maintenance activities so that the train operation is safe on the route. A daily scheduled block of a certain minimum time is a must.
