* Expert advice/ suggestions etc to IR for promoting efficiency, increasing revenue, cost-optimization, optimal-resource allocation etc had normally fallen on deaf ears.
* Several experts committees have given hundreds of wise suggestions/advice in tha past, but their acceptance & implementation by IR presents a dismal picture.
* Unless some of the key provisions are made to enforce the decisions of RLDA atleast partially binding on IR on mutual acceptance, nothing appreciable is going to happen.
