Shame on East Central Railways for this pathetic condition of the train, Negative maintenance, Fan not working, Stiched seats and there are many things which are at below lowest level.

This shows their affection towards Vaishali..Give them LHB rakes and see how they take care of them.. Unluckily for Vaishali, this year's award of best maintained train of ECR has been given to SK due to all these reasons only..
How many times IR have done what is needed..? Also, maintaing a legacy is very difficult, especially when u are under the administration whose head and heart are misplaced... Mostly we fans care, may be some staff would, but not everyone.
