With due respect to people of these cities, these places like Jaipur, nagpur Or gorakpur should not waste money on metros. These are capital intensive projects and requires huge ridership and non cheap fares to break even. People for these places go to Mumbai, Bangalore Chennai etc and that is where metros would do great. But here metro projects are waste. Yes its a prestige issue for citizens and elected representatives of that city but some sense should prevail.
